+## Requirements

+- Node.js 22+
+- npm 10+
+
+## Local Development
+

+Open `http://localhost:3000`.

+The site has a production-safe default site URL, but you should still set this for the final domain so metadata, sitemap URLs, and schema point at the exact live host:
